Track Your Ride ("the app", "the service") is owned and operated by CHP Equine ("we", "us", "our"). These terms form an agreement between you and CHP Equine. By creating an account or continuing to use the app, you agree to them. If you do not agree, please stop using the service.
You must be of legal age to enter into a contract in your country, or have the permission of a parent or guardian. If you are using the app on behalf of a business, riding school or training operation, you confirm you have authority to accept these terms on its behalf.
Track Your Ride is a digital riding journal. You answer guided prompts after a ride, and the app stores those entries, organises them by horse, and surfaces patterns, reminders and coaching observations drawn from your own entries. Paid plans add unlimited horses and history, deeper insights, and — on the Coach plan — tools for following the riders you teach.
You are responsible for keeping your login credentials confidential and for all activity that happens under your account. Please give us accurate registration information and keep it up to date, and tell us promptly if you believe your account has been accessed by someone else.
You must not:
Your ride entries, horse profiles and photographs remain yours. You grant CHP Equine a limited licence to host, store and process that content solely in order to provide the service to you — including generating your insights, reminders and trends. We do not sell your journal content, and we do not publish it.
If you are on the Coach plan, or you have accepted an invitation from a coach, you understand that the coach you are linked to can view your horses, entries and insights.
The app's insights, reminders and suggested exercises are generated from your own entries, partly by automated and AI-assisted analysis. They are offered as general training observations to help you reflect on your riding. They are not veterinary advice, medical advice, or a substitute for in-person instruction from a qualified professional.
Automated output can be incomplete or wrong. You are responsible for your own decisions in the saddle and for the welfare of your horse. Never act on an insight in a way that you or your instructor consider unsafe, and consult a veterinarian about any concern regarding your horse's health or soundness.
CHP Equine retains ownership of the service and everything in it apart from your content — including the software, the question flows, the insight and exercise libraries, the documentation and the branding. Your plan grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable right to use the service; it does not transfer any ownership to you.
Our order process is conducted by our online reseller Paddle.com. Paddle.com is the Merchant of Record for all our orders. Paddle provides all customer service inquiries and handles returns.
Payment, billing frequency, renewal, tax, cancellation and refund mechanics are governed by Paddle's Buyer Terms. Paid plans renew automatically at the interval shown at checkout until cancelled. You can cancel at any time from the billing portal inside the app; you keep access until the end of the period you have already paid for. Prices are shown before you confirm your purchase and may change on renewal with notice.
See our Refund Policy. We offer a 30-day money-back guarantee.
We work to keep the service running reliably, but we do not guarantee that it will be uninterrupted, timely, secure or error-free. Features may change, and we may carry out maintenance that makes the app temporarily unavailable.
We may suspend or terminate your access if you materially breach these terms, if payment fails and is not resolved, if we detect fraud or a security risk, or if you repeatedly or seriously violate our acceptable use rules. You may close your account at any time. On termination you may request an export of your journal within 30 days, after which your data may be deleted.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, the service is provided "as is" and we disclaim all implied warranties, including merchantability and fitness for a particular purpose. We are not liable for indirect, consequential or special losses, including loss of profits, data or goodwill. Our total liability to you is limited to the fees you paid in the twelve months before the claim. Nothing here excludes liability for fraud, death or personal injury where the law does not allow it to be excluded.
You agree to indemnify CHP Equine against claims arising from content you upload, your unlawful use of the service, or your breach of these terms.
You may not assign these terms without our consent; we may assign them as part of a merger, acquisition or sale of the business. Neither party is liable for delays caused by events beyond reasonable control. These terms are governed by the laws of the jurisdiction in which CHP Equine is established, and disputes will be handled by the courts of that jurisdiction.
